Iron City ITS Services was founded in 2006 by James Bolton, a former SCDOT specialist in Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS). In 2013, James partnered with Brice Cook, who has over 20 years of experience growing a successful concrete company. Together, they bring over 40 years of combined expertise to complete a wide range of construction projects.
